This chiropractor's approach is comprehensive and patient-centered. She utilized a visual assessment, taking a photograph of me with lines indicating my postural misalignment. Additionally, she also carefully examined my abdominal muscles, pointing out diastasis recti, a common postpartum condition that had gone unnoticed by previous healthcare providers. She also tailored my daily exercises to facilitate the restoration of my abdominal muscles. Furthermore, she provided a detailed explanation of the root cause of my prolonged pain and implemented a targeted treatment plan. After just two sessions, I have experienced significant improvement and I hope that the pain will not recur. For now I am positive about that. For me, it was crucial to find a highly skilled specialist who employs modern techniques. My previous chiropractor employed questionable methods, such as manually pulling my infant into a sitting position at four months of age and recommending this as a daily exercise. These practices raised concerns about patient safety and prompted me to seek a new chiropractor.
